Phil's First Attempt At Building A Bobtail Range Rover.

Well to start with Phil found an MOT failer VM Turbo Diesel Range Rover for just £50 what a start buy

The inside was gutted and the windows where taken out and then Phil started Chopping with the angle grinder.

The Roof Chopped and next the back end. 

Just the chassis to go.

Phil had a go at building his first roll cage ?

Getting the bends right was a bit tricky he said ?

Phil had a go at building his own winch bumper as well like all projects it is still on going ?

As this bobtail is for off road only Phil cut out the lights and the wings now it is ready to try out in the mud.

Phil took it up the farm for a run round 

It goes very well through water.

Some friends came to see it and they had ago around the field.

The sun has set and with no light on it. It was time to make tracks home.

We will have to see what Phil comes up with next ?
